Child care discounts

Corporate discounts for designated child care facilities through New Horizon and Children's World Learning Centers and World Around Us Child Care are available. Discounts range from 10-15%.

Family Life Adoption Assistance program

Provides reimbursement for qualified adoption expenses to eligible employees.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Employees and members of their household can receive confidential and professional assistance with a broad range of problems including, but not limited to, substance abuse, troubling relationships, family issues, emotional distress, financial difficulties and work-related problems. The program is voluntary, free of charge and confidential.

Employee Club of the HealthEast Organization (ECHO)

ECHO is a volunteer committee made up of HealthEast employees throughout the system. The group coordinates discounts for local entertainment and services and organizes special events for employees and their families.

Entertainment discounts

HealthEast employees are eligible to receive discounts and purchase tickets for various entertainment venues. These include the Minnesota State Fair, ValleyFair, Disneyland, Disney World and many more!

Cellular phone discount

HealthEast employees are eligible for discounts on cellular telephone services through two providers.

Metro Transit discounts and Metro Commuter Services

HealthEast has collaborated with Metro Transit and Metro Commuter Services to provide employees with information on car/van pooling and bus fare discounts through payroll deduction.

HealthEast Spiritual Care

Chaplains are available for support, pastoral counseling and referrals.

Cafeteria discounts

All HealthEast employees are eligible for a 15% discount at HealthEast cafeterias throughout the system.

Minnesota Employee Recreation and Services Council (MERSC)

HealthEast is a member of MERSC. Various companies throughout the Twin Cities metro area offer discounts to employees of MERSC members.
