Qualifying Condition(s): Medically induced coma following pneumonia, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), staph infection, ventilator and trach, unable to walk, talk or write, medically complex needs

Treatment: Personalized plan, respiratory care, strength building, complex medical care, wound care (VAC), family care conference, physical therapy, speach therapy, occupational therapy, recreational therapy, pet therapy, TCA IV, HealthEast Home Care, future surgery for fistula

Length of Stay: 2.5 months

Outcome: Regained her ability to walk, talk, write, use the computer and handle everyday activities, discharged to home
