Experience GPS

Your journey begins with a single phone call in which our intake specialist will spend about 20 minutes asking you questions about your back or neck pain. Your answers will be shared with a spine physician, who will review your situation and make a treatment recommendation. Then, a GPS nurse navigator will call you back to discuss the physician's recommendation – all at no cost to you, and without doing anything more than making a single phone call.

You don't follow up, we do.

Your GPS nurse navigator is your guide throughout your journey and will facilitate whatever care is necessary including making appointments for you. Sometimes the spine physician will want to see you right away; other times he or she will recommend additional diagnostic or imaging tests. Or, you may be a good candidate for physical therapy. Whatever it is, your GPS nurse navigator will be with you every step of your journey, following up to see how you're doing and working with you until you get the relief you need.
