MyChart E-visits

The next time you're feeling ill, try a HealthEast MyChart e-visit from the comfort of your home. An e-visit is a fast and affordable way to connect with a health care provider about a non-urgent illness.

Our e-visit providers treat the following conditions:

  • Cough
  • Heartburn
  • Sinus problems
  • Urinary problems
  • Ear pain
  • Red eye
  • Sore throat
  • Vaginal discharge/irritation

Convenient

Simply answer a few questions through your MyChart account online. Our e-visit provider will review your symptoms and health history and provide a treatment plan and prescription or recommend you be seen in the clinic by your provider (no e-visit charge would apply in this case).

Affordable

The maximum out-of-pocket cost for an e-visit is $40, which is covered by most forms of insurance.

Fast

E-visits are offered Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Patients can expect a response within two hours when submitted between 8 am and 3 pm on a business day. If the request is submitted after 3 pm on a business day, on a weekend or holiday, or outside of normal business hours, expect a response the morning of the next business day.

Personalized

E-visits are conducted by a HealthEast provider, nurse practitioner or physician assistant with access to your health records, so you can have peace of mind knowing your care is our top priority.

How to access e-visits

E-visits are available to patients age 18 and older who have been seen within the past 18 months at a HealthEast clinic and who are enrolled in MyChart.
