Dr. Panetta graduated from the University of Texas, Galveston Medical School; completed residency at Mt. Sinai Medical Center, NY; cardiology fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco; and interventional cardiology fellowship at The Mayo Clinic.

Professional activities

He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions; and membership in the American Heart Association.

Practice interests

Use of interventional cardiology to provide angiography and interventions via the wrist (radial artery), and closure of atrial septal defects (or abnormal holes) of the heart.

Personal interests

Dr. Panetta enjoys skiing, biking, swimming and spending time with his family.
