Dr. Sullivan is board certified in family medicine.

Education

Dr. Sullivan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He performed his residency at United Family Practice.

Professional activities

Dr. Sullivan is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice.

Practice interests

He enjoys general family practice with a special interest in sports medicine and dermatology. Dr. Sullivan especially enjoys helping athletes return to play as quickly and safely as possible, and performing skin checks and minor procedures on the skin.

Personal interests

He enjoys traveling, running, hiking, canoeing and reading.
