Education
Marland graduated from Life University in Marietta, Georgia, earning a Doctor of Chiropractic before earning a Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Alabama.
Professional activities
He began his health care career as a surgical technician in the U.S. Navy and then as a surgical technologist in two Atlanta, Georgia, hospitals for 14 years in addition to providing chiropractic care four of those years. Marland has been practicing as a physician assistant and medical provider for National Guard in Minnesota since 2008.
Practice interests
Marland is interested in comprehensive spine care/pain management, spinal manipulation physical medicine, and combat medicine.
Personal interests
He enjoys golf, weightlifting, music and racquetball.
