Education

Cecilia has a bachelor's degree in nursing from Loyola University of Chicago, a certificate in midwifery and master's degree in nursing from the University of Minnesota and a PhD in public health/maternal and child health from the University of South Florida.

Practice interests

Cecilia enjoys prenatal care, teaching women how their bodies work, and how to best care for themselves and their babies.

Personal interests

Cecilia's interests include knitting, camping, scuba diving, snow skiing and gardening.
