Dr. Restad is board certified in family medicine.

Education

Dr. Restad received his undergraduate degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy and medical degree from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at St. Louis University/Scott Air Force Base in Illinois.

Professional activities

Dr. Restad is originally from Hibbing, MN. He spent 20 years as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, in various assignments and deployments - including three tours in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Practice interests

Within the scope of family medicine, Dr. Restad is especially interested in adolescent medicine, men's health, sports medicine, and osteopathic manipulation and treatment.

Personal interests

In his free time Dr. Restad enjoys spending time with his family, running and reading.
