Dr. Britton is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management.

Education

Dr. Britton attended the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his residencies in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Minnesota and at the Research Enrichment Program for Psychiatrists at the University of Missouri.

Professional activities

Dr. Britton is Medical Director of Rehabilitation Care at Bethesda. He is also an Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Program at the University of Minnesota.

Practice interests

Dr. Britton's interests include the study of age, duration of bedrest and medical problems as factors in the development of orthostatic intolerance of patients following prolonged bedrest.
