Education

Dr. Garr graduated from the University of Minnesota Medical School. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Minnesota.

Professional activities

Dr. Garr is a founding member of a unique non-profit organization in Minnesota that develops exercise and nutritional programs for children with obesity and other chronic medical conditions.

Practice interests

His clinical interests include office-based cardiology, heart failure, stress testing, echocardiography, carotid ultrasound, cardiac CT and adult congenital heart disease.

Personal interests

Dr. Garr enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, biking, sailing and reading.
